Roofers in Sunninghill

No. We come out, look at the roof properly and give you a written price with the work set out in plain English. There is no charge and no obligation to go ahead.

Sunninghill is about 3 miles from our base in Windlesham. Call us on 07766 761202 and we will tell you honestly when we can be there rather than promising a time we cannot keep.

It depends on the size of the roof, the covering you choose and whether the timbers, battens and membrane need replacing. That is why we survey first and give a written price rather than a figure over the phone.

If the covering is sound and the problem is localised, a repair is usually the sensible answer. If the same roof keeps failing in different places you are paying twice, and a replacement works out cheaper. We will tell you which we think it is and why.

Ascot, South Ascot, Cheapside and Windlesham are all close by, and we work across Surrey, Berkshire, Hampshire, South West London and Buckinghamshire more widely.

Yes. We carry out inspections and provide written reports with photographs, which is useful before buying a property or for an insurer. We tell you what needs doing now and what can wait.

It depends on the covering. A concrete tile roof will typically outlast a felt flat roof by decades, and how well it was originally laid matters as much as the material. We will tell you honestly where yours is in its life.

Look for mortar that has gone sandy or fallen out between the bricks, a leaning stack, or damp on the chimney breast inside. Any of those means water is getting in. We will get up and tell you whether it is repointing, a new flaunching or a rebuild.

There is no single answer. Felt, EPDM rubber and fibreglass each suit different roofs depending on the shape, the traffic it takes and the budget. We will tell you which suits yours rather than which we would rather fit.

Yes. Sites are kept tidy day to day and cleared properly at the end. The old materials go with us rather than sitting in your driveway waiting for a skip.
